Biography: Not much is known about Seitara, yet. She lives in the Rock Village and has for her whole life and has a great hate for the Uchiha Clan. Other than that she is looked up to by everyone in the village. She had help build the foundation of the village when it was starting to decline.
Recently Seitara killed the current Tsuchikage. She took control of the position and is now working to destroy the Leaf Village. Her motives are unknown at this point.
